Words

What a cute little girl! Never a dull moment at our house!
I was just thinking this morning how many words Audrey is saying. I am amazed at the things she comes of with. She is really into repeating what I say. When I hear words coming out of her mouth, I think twice about my word choice. Dont' get me wrong I'm not saying bad words, but are my words best?? I had someone ask me just this past weekend what words she does say; it took me a while to think of all of them. So, I decided I would post some of the things that I hear each day! Not all words sound as clear to others as they do to Adam and I, so I also added how it sounds!

Mommy
Daddy
Audrey- Audey
Doggy- oggey
Ezzie (our dog)- Essie
Light- lali
Nanna- (my mom)
Poppa- sometimes in a whisper (my dad taught her to say it that way?)
Hungry- hungy
Pacy
Baby- with the sign
Please- pese
Cheese
Thank you-dado
All done
Amen- sounds more like all done??

Esther- Estee
Gramma- amma

Eye
Mouth- mou
Nose
Toes-toesies

Shoes
UhOh

Horsey
Duck
Hi
Byebye
She also "roars" like a lion

Monday's new words:
Boy
Movie

So, my question to you all is how is your word choice?? Some of you do have ears that repeat all that you say. How do our words sound to those that are listening? Isn't it amazing how thing sound different when you are not the one speaking the words?
How do they sound to our Savior?? Are they pleasing to HIM?

I never realized how much Audrey looks like her daddy until I saw that picture. How cute she is! It must be so fun to hear her new words. I am sure she will be a lot of fun at Christmas!

Wow, it is amazing how many things my daughter and yours are saying the same! It helps me know we are on the right track.
I totally hear you on choosing best words! :)
